	Community/HOA

The community has the following number of units:

When it comes to site design, I want to:

	Keep it simple and inexpensive. Select a layout, color scheme and provide you with a logo and a few pictures.
	Pay a little more for some customization. Once I pick out my layout and color schemes, I want some additional customization to make this site ours.
	Pay for a custom design. I want to see 3 different layout and color scheme options and then have a design created based on my feedback.

I would like my own domain name:

	Yes, I would like the URL to be http://www.mysite.com (or .net, .org, etc...).

I would like the ability to send out e-mails to residents/subscribers using Constant Contact:

	No, I have it covered by using their free telephone support.
	Yes, I would like to have you help me setup the account, import my existing contacts and provide me with 2 hours of training.

I would like assistance creating Facebook & Twitter accounts:
